“Because one day, these moments will be the memories your family holds most dear”
Life in the countryside moves quietly — the soft rhythm of hooves, the laughter of children chasing the dogs, the golden light falling across the fields.
Wild Legacy Portraits are about preserving those fleeting, beautiful moments — the ones that tell your family’s story.
Because these aren’t just photographs.
They’re the threads of your legacy — the love, land, and life that make you who you are.
Wild Legacy Portraits
There’s a certain kind of beauty in the life you’ve built — the soft nudge of your horse at dawn, muddy boots by the door, the laughter of children running through the fields, the warmth of a dog at your feet.
These are the moments that tell your story — ordinary and yet extraordinary in the way they hold your world together.
Wild Legacy Portraits are about honouring that story.
Through natural, emotive photography and timeless craftsmanship, your family, animals, and countryside life are captured with honesty and heart — and turned into heirloom pieces designed to last for generations.
Your Story, Told Gently
Each session begins with time — time to connect, to understand your family, your animals, and the land that roots you.
The process is slow and intentional, allowing genuine moments to unfold naturally. Whether it’s laughter between children and ponies, quiet reflection with a loyal dog, or simple togetherness at home, every image becomes a tangible piece of your legacy.
These are photographs you’ll hold years from now — reminders of who you are, where you belong, and the love that fills your days.
The Heart Behind Wild Legacy
Photography has a quiet kind of power — it captures what words can’t.
The gentle connection between a child and their pony. The laughter between generations. The shared pride of a family rooted in the countryside.
Each fine art print, handcrafted album, and framed portrait is made to last — created to be touched, shared, and passed down.
Because the life you live now — the people you love, the land you care for — will one day become part of your family’s history.
And it deserves to be remembered beautifully.
What makes a Wild Legacy Portrait session different from a regular photoshoot?
Wild Legacy sessions are about more than posed photos — they’re about storytelling. Each session captures the heart of your family’s connection to the countryside, your animals, and the life you’ve built. It’s an experience designed to feel slow, honest, and deeply personal — a legacy in every frame.
Where do sessions take place?
Most sessions take place at your home, farm, or a countryside location that feels meaningful to you. The goal is to photograph you in your natural surroundings — where your story truly unfolds. I’m also happy to recommend scenic spots across Exmoor, Dartmoor, and the surrounding areas.
What should we wear for our session?
Think timeless and comfortable. Neutral or earthy tones always photograph beautifully outdoors — soft knits, denim, linen, or waxed jackets. The most important thing is that you feel like you. Before your shoot, I’ll share a full styling guide to help you feel confident and relaxed.
When will we receive our photos and products?
Your viewing gallery will be ready around 3–4 weeks after your session. From there, you’ll be able to choose your favourite images, fine art prints, or handcrafted products. Tangible items like framed prints and albums typically take a few extra weeks to prepare — ensuring every detail is perfect.
What happens if the weather isn’t ideal on the day?
The countryside has a beauty all its own — even on cloudy or misty days — but if the weather truly isn’t suitable, we’ll simply reschedule. I always want you to feel comfortable and relaxed, and sometimes a little patience means capturing that perfect golden hour light on another day.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. I believe these moments deserve to be captured beautifully — and without stress. Flexible payment plans are available for all sessions and collections, allowing you to spread the cost over several months. Just let me know at the time of booking, and we’ll find a plan that suits you.
