The Roots Project was born from a deep respect for that way of life. It’s my way of documenting the people who make up the living heartbeat of our rural communities; the farmers, shepherds, makers, and families who carry forward the stories that root us in the land.
This isn’t about posed portraits. It’s about authenticity. The weathered textures of working life, the laughter over a mug of tea, the connection between people, animals, and earth.
